बुद्धि के अभाव से बुद्धि भ्रष्ट हो जाती है और उस भ्रष्ट बुद्धि के कारण मन आसक्ति आदि विकारों में फँस जाता है। इस प्रकार मन के भ्रष्ट हो जाने पर उसके वश में रहने वाली पाँचों इन्द्रियाँ भी भ्रष्ट हो जाती हैं॥4॥
Due to lack of wisdom, the intellect gets corrupted and due to that corrupted intellect, the mind gets trapped in vices like attachment etc. In this way, when the mind gets corrupted, the five sense organs which are under its control also get corrupted.॥ 4॥
