उस समय रजोगुण से युक्त बुद्धि समस्त इन्द्रियों को अपने-अपने कार्यों में लगाती है। तत्पश्चात् विषयों के सम्बन्ध में प्रेमरूपी सत्त्वगुण प्रकट होता है। तत्पश्चात् मनुष्य के आसक्ति आदि विकारों के कारण मद की भावना उत्पन्न होती है। 26॥
At that time the intellect imbued with Rajogun engages all the senses in its activities. Subsequently, the Sattva Guna of love appears in relation to objects. After that, due to the vices like attachment etc. of the man, the feeling of intoxication arises. 26॥
