न जीवनाशोऽस्ति हि देहभेदे
मिथ्यैतदाहुर्मृत इत्यबुद्धा:।
जीवस्तु देहान्तरित: प्रयाति
दशार्धतैवास्य शरीरभेद:॥ २७॥
अनुवाद
शरीर के नष्ट हो जाने पर भी आत्मा का नाश नहीं होता। जो लोग कहते हैं कि आत्मा मर जाती है, वे अज्ञानी हैं और उनका कथन मिथ्या है। आत्मा इस मृत शरीर को छोड़कर दूसरे शरीर में चली जाती है। शरीर के पंचतत्वों का वियोग ही शरीर का नाश है॥27॥
Even when the body is destroyed, the soul is not destroyed. Those who say that the soul dies are ignorant and their statement is false. The soul leaves this dead body and goes into another body. The separation of the five elements of the body is the destruction of the body.॥27॥
