यह सम्पूर्ण जगत जल से बना है। प्राणियों का शरीर भी अधिकांशतः जल से बना है। मन में स्थित आत्मा उसमें विद्यमान है। वह समस्त प्राणियों में जगत के रचयिता ब्रह्मा के नाम से प्रसिद्ध है; क्योंकि समस्त प्राणियों के मिलन का नाम ब्रह्मा है।
