अमात्यान् वा गुरून् वापि जह्याद्धर्मेण धार्मिक:।

| धर्मात्मा राजा को चाहिए कि जब उसके मंत्री और बड़े-बूढ़े लोग धर्मानुसार पाप करने लगें, तब उन्हें भी त्याग दे और जब तक वे अपने पापों का प्रायश्चित न कर लें, तब तक उनसे बात न करे ॥40॥ |
