ऐसा कहकर और अतिथि पूजन की प्रतिज्ञा करके उस अत्यंत बुद्धिमान पक्षी ने अग्निदेव की तीन बार परिक्रमा की और हँसता हुआ अग्नि में प्रवेश कर गया॥ 23॥
Having said this and having pledged to worship the guest, that extremely intelligent bird circled around Agnidev thrice and entered the fire smilingly.॥ 23॥
