युधिष्ठिर! राजधर्म के अनुसार केवल आक्रामक व्यवहार या केवल सौम्य व्यवहार ही उचित नहीं है। दोनों में से किसी का भी त्याग नहीं करना चाहिए। अतः पहले आक्रामक बनो और फिर सौम्य बनो ॥ 32॥
Yudhishthira! According to the rules of kingship, only aggressive behaviour or only mild behaviour is not appreciated. Neither of them should be abandoned. Therefore, you should first become aggressive and then mild. ॥ 32॥
