जिनका शस्त्र वाणी है और जिनकी वाणी बाण के समान है, वे विद्या के फल अर्थात् सच्चे ज्ञान का विरोध करते हैं। ऐसे लोग दूसरों की विद्या की निन्दा करते हैं और अपनी विद्या की अच्छाई का मिथ्या प्रचार करते हैं॥ 15॥
Those whose weapon is speech and whose speech is like an arrow, they rebel against the fruit of learning i.e. the true knowledge. Such people criticize the learning of others and falsely propagate the goodness of their own learning.॥ 15॥
