जिस प्रकार सुखों का भोग भौतिक वस्तुओं से संपन्न लोगों के वश में होता है, उसी प्रकार धर्म भी बलवानों के वश में होता है। बलवान के लिए कुछ भी असंभव नहीं है। बलवान की हर वस्तु शुद्ध और निर्दोष होती है। ॥8॥
Just as the enjoyment of pleasures is under the control of those who are rich in material things, similarly Dharma is under the control of the strong. Nothing is impossible for the strong. Everything belonging to the strong is pure and blameless. ॥ 8॥
