यहाँ आचार्यों ने अधर्मपूर्वक धन कमाने से होने वाले पाप से मुक्ति पाने के लिए निम्नलिखित उपाय बताया है । उपर्युक्त पाप में फँसे हुए राजा को चाहिए कि वह तीनों वेदों का अध्ययन करे, ब्राह्मणों की सेवा करे, उन्हें मधुर वाणी और सत्कर्मों से प्रसन्न करे, अपने मन को उदार बनाए और उच्च कुल में विवाह करे । 'मैं अमुक नाम से आपका सेवक हूँ' ऐसा परिचय दे, दूसरों के गुणों की प्रशंसा करे, प्रतिदिन स्नान करके इष्ट-मंत्र का जप करे, उत्तम स्वभाव वाला हो, अधिक बक-बक न करे, भले ही लोग उसे महापापी कहकर निन्दा करें, तो भी उसे उसकी परवाह नहीं करनी चाहिए और बहुत कठिन तथा अनेक पुण्य कर्म करके ब्राह्मणों और क्षत्रियों के समाज में प्रवेश करना चाहिए ॥12-15॥
Here, the Acharyas have suggested the following remedy to get rid of the sin that is committed by earning wealth through unrighteous means. The king, who is entangled in the above sin, should study the three Vedas, attend the services of Brahmins, please them with sweet words and good deeds, make his mind generous and marry in a high family. He should introduce himself as 'I am your servant with such and such name', praise the virtues of others, take a bath every day and recite the Ishta-Mantra, be of good nature, do not talk much, even if people criticise him calling him a great sinner, he should not care about it and after performing very difficult and many virtuous deeds, he should enter the society of Brahmins and Kshatriyas.॥12-15॥
