राज्य की सुरक्षा के लिए जो धन बचा है, उसे धर्म और उपभोग में व्यय करना चाहिए। विद्वान और बुद्धिमान राजा को राजकोष से धन निकालकर भी व्यय नहीं करना चाहिए ॥35॥
The money that is left for the security of the state should be spent on religion and consumption. A scholar and a wise king should not even take money from the treasury and spend it. 35॥
