इस संसार का राज्य उस राजा के अधीन है जिसके योद्धा युद्ध में वीरता दिखाते हैं, कृतज्ञ हैं, शस्त्र चलाने में कुशल हैं, धर्मशास्त्र के ज्ञाता हैं, पैदल सैनिकों से घिरे रहते हैं, निर्भय हैं, हाथी की पीठ पर चढ़कर लड़ने में समर्थ हैं, रथ चलाने में निपुण हैं और धनुर्विद्या में निपुण हैं ॥25-26॥
The kingdom of this world rests under that king whose warriors show bravery in battle, are grateful, skilled in the art of using weapons, full of knowledge of theology, surrounded by foot soldiers, fearless, capable of fighting on the back of an elephant, adept in charioteering and proficient in archery. 25-26॥
