पदातिनागबहुला प्रावृट्काले प्रशस्यते।
गुणानेतान् प्रसंख्याय देशकालौ प्रयोजयेत्॥ २५॥ |

| वर्षा ऋतु में वह सेना सर्वोत्तम मानी जाती है जिसमें पैदल और हाथी सवारों की संख्या अधिक हो। इन गुणों को ध्यान में रखते हुए, देश और काल को ध्यान में रखते हुए सेना का संचालन करना चाहिए।॥ 25॥ |
