कविपुत्र शुक्राचार्य के शाप के कारण मेरी यह दशा हुई है; परन्तु मैं अभी भी युवावस्था के सुखों से तृप्त नहीं हुआ हूँ। पूरो! तुम वृद्धावस्था सहित मेरे दोष ले लो और मैं तुम्हारी युवावस्था लेकर कुछ काल तक भोग भोगूँगा। एक हजार वर्ष पूरे होने पर मैं तुम्हें तुम्हारी युवावस्था लौटा दूँगा और वृद्धावस्था सहित अपने दोष ले लूँगा।॥ 28-29॥
This condition has befallen me because of the curse of Shukracharya, son of the poet; but I am still not satisfied with the pleasures of youth. Puro! You take my faults along with old age and I will take your youth and enjoy sensual pleasures for some time. After completion of one thousand years, I will give you your youth back and take my faults along with old age.॥ 28-29॥
