अब मैं तुम्हें धर्म की पत्नियों के नाम बताता हूँ, सुनो- कीर्ति, लक्ष्मी, धृति, मेधा, पुष्टि, श्रद्धा, क्रिया, बुद्धि, लज्जा और मति- ये धर्म की दस पत्नियाँ हैं। स्वयंभू ब्रह्माजी ने इन सबको धर्म का द्वार निर्धारित किया है अर्थात् इनके द्वारा ही धर्म में प्रवेश होता है॥ 14-15॥
Now I am telling you the names of Dharma's wives, listen- Kirti, Lakshmi, Dhriti, Medha, Pushti, Shraddha, Kriya, Buddhi, Lajja and Mati - these are the ten wives of Dharma. Swayambhu Brahmaji has determined all of them as the door of Dharma i.e. through them one enters Dharma.॥ 14-15॥
