तस्यैतद् वचनं श्रुत्वा सप्तार्चिर्दु:खितोऽभवत्।

| उग्रश्रवाजी कहते हैं - राक्षस की यह बात सुनकर सात ज्वालाओं वाले अग्निदेव अत्यन्त दुःखी हुए। एक ओर तो वे मिथ्यात्व से भयभीत थे और दूसरी ओर भृगु के शाप से भी; अतः वे धीरे से इस प्रकार बोले। |
