ते आनयस्व चतुर्थेऽहनि पुण्यकं भविता ताभ्यामाबद्धाभ्यां शोभमाना ब्राह्मणान् परिवेष्टुमिच्छामि। तत् सम्पादयस्व, एवं हि कुर्वत: श्रेयो भवितान्यथा कुत: श्रेय इति॥ ९७॥
अनुवाद
और वे कुण्डल शीघ्र ले आओ। आज के चौथे दिन पुण्यक व्रत होने वाला है। मैं उस दिन उन कुण्डलों से सुसज्जित होकर ब्राह्मणों को भोजन कराना चाहती हूँ। अतः मेरी यह इच्छा पूर्ण करो। तुम्हारा कल्याण होगा। अन्यथा कल्याण कैसे संभव है?॥97॥
‘And bring those earrings quickly. The Punyak Vrat is going to be observed on the fourth day of this day. I want to serve food to the Brahmins on that day, adorned with those earrings. So please fulfill this desire of mine. You will be blessed. Otherwise how is welfare possible?’॥97॥
