स्नान और अर्घ्य आदि समस्त जल-संबंधी क्रियाएँ संपन्न करके, उत्तंक ने शुद्ध और पवित्र होकर देवताओं और अपने गुरुजनों को प्रणाम किया। वे जल से बाहर आए और बड़े वेग से क्षपणक का पीछा किया।
After completing all water-related activities like bathing and offering of water, Uttanka became pure and holy and then bowed to the gods and his teachers. He came out of the water and chased Kshapanaka with great speed.
