आत्मेव वेदितव्येषु प्रियेष्विव हि जीवितम्।

जैसे जानने योग्य पदार्थों में आत्मा और प्रेम करने योग्य पदार्थों में अपना जीवन श्रेष्ठ है, वैसे ही परब्रह्म परमात्मा की प्राप्ति का उद्देश्य पूर्ण करने वाला यह इतिहास समस्त शास्त्रों में श्रेष्ठ है ॥36॥
Just as the soul is the best among the things worth knowing and one's own life among the things worth loving, in the same way, this history which fulfills the purpose of attaining the Supreme God is the best among all the scriptures. 36॥
