तत्पश्चात् भीमसेन ने जटासुर नामक राक्षस का वध कर दिया। फिर पाण्डव क्रमशः वृषपर्वा तथा आर्ष्टिषेण नामक ऋषियों के आश्रमों में जाकर रहने लगे। इधर द्रौपदी महात्मा भीमसेन का उत्साहवर्धन करती रहती थीं। भीमसेन कैलाश पर्वत पर चढ़ गए। यहाँ अपने बल के मद में मदमस्त होकर उन्होंने मणिमान आदि यक्षों के साथ अत्यन्त भयंकर युद्ध किया ॥180-182॥
After that, the demon Jatasur was killed by Bhimsen. Then the Pandavas went to the ashrams of sages Vrishparva and Arshtishen respectively and started living there. Here Draupadi kept encouraging Mahatma Bhimsen. Bhimsen climbed Mount Kailash. Here, intoxicated with his power, he had a very fierce battle with the Yakshas like Maniman etc. 180-182॥
