इस चरित्र में कार्तवीर्य अर्जुन तथा हैहयवंशी राजाओं के वध का वर्णन है। प्रभास तीर्थ में पाण्डवों और यादवों के मिलन की कथा भी इसमें वर्णित है॥169॥
