तप की प्रबल शक्ति से संपन्न शक्ति मुनि बोले - 'कल्माषपाद राजाओं में अधम है ! तू राक्षस के समान तपस्वी ब्राह्मण का वध कर रहा है, अतः आज से तू नरभक्षी राक्षस हो जाएगा और अब से इस पृथ्वी पर मनुष्य-मांस का मोह करके विचरण करेगा । नृपधाम ! यहाँ से चले जा ॥' ॥13-14॥
Shakti Muni, endowed with the powerful power of penance, said – 'Kalmashapada is the wretched among the kings! You are killing an ascetic Brahmin like a demon, hence from today onwards you will become a cannibalistic demon and from now on you will roam on this earth addicted to human flesh. Nripadham! Get out from here'. 13-14॥
