हे आकाश में विचरण करने वाले गन्धर्व! सब नदियों में श्रेष्ठ गंगाजी के तट पर आने का कोई नियम नहीं है, चाहे कोई खाकर आए या बिना खाए, चाहे रात में आए या दिन में। इसी प्रकार काल आदि का भी कोई नियम नहीं है॥17॥
