धन की इच्छा रखने वाले राजा को चाहिए कि वह दूसरों के दोष न बताए, अपितु सदैव आवश्यक वस्तुओं का संग्रह करने तथा शत्रुओं से युद्ध करने का प्रयत्न करे; साथ ही अपने उत्साह को बनाए रखने का भी प्रयत्न करे ॥80॥
A king who desires wealth should not point out the faults of others but should always try to collect the necessary things and fight with the enemies; at the same time, he should try to maintain his enthusiasm. ॥ 80॥
