अग्निहोत्र और यज्ञ करके, भगवा वस्त्र, जटा और मृगचर्म धारण करके, पहले लोगों में श्रद्धा उत्पन्न करे; फिर अवसर देखकर भेड़िये की तरह शत्रुओं पर आक्रमण करके उनका नाश कर दे॥19॥
‘After performing Agnihotra and Yajna, wearing saffron coloured clothes, matted hair and deerskin, he should first create faith in the people; then, seeing an opportunity, he should attack the enemies like a wolf and destroy them.॥ 19॥
