अनुवाद
"परम नियन्ता भगवान सदैव दिव्य आनंद से परिपूर्ण रहते हैं और उनके साथ ह्लादिनी और संवित् नामक शक्तियाँ विद्यमान रहती हैं। तथापि, बद्धजीव सदैव अज्ञान से आच्छादित रहता है और जीवन के त्रिविध दुःखों से लज्जित होता है। इस प्रकार वह सभी प्रकार के क्लेशों का भण्डार है।"
"The Supreme Controller, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, is always filled with transcendental bliss and is endowed with the powers called hladini and samvit. But the conditioned soul is always covered with ignorance and is troubled by the three afflictions of life. Thus, he is the reservoir of all kinds of afflictions."
