"यदि मैं कृष्ण का चिंतन न करूँ, तो मेरा दरिद्र मन जल बिन मछली की भाँति क्षण भर में ही मर जाएगा। किन्तु जब मैं कृष्ण का मधुर मुस्कान वाला मुख देखता हूँ, तो मेरा मन और आँखें इतनी प्रसन्न होती हैं कि उनके प्रति मेरी इच्छा दोगुनी हो जाती है।
"If I do not think of Krishna, my poor mind will die in a moment, just as a fish dies when it is taken out of water. But when I see Krishna's sweet, smiling face, my mind and my eyes become so happy that my desire to see Him doubles again.
