"कृष्ण के वक्षस्थल पर श्रीवत्स चिह्नों के आभूषण हैं, जो लक्ष्मी के निवास का संकेत देते हैं। उनका वक्षस्थल, जो लुटेरे के समान चौड़ा है, व्रज की हजारों-हजारों युवतियों को अपनी ओर आकर्षित करता है, और बलपूर्वक उनके मन और वक्षस्थल पर विजय प्राप्त करता है। इस प्रकार वे सभी भगवान की दासियाँ बन जाती हैं।"
