वास्तव में, श्री चैतन्य महाप्रभु सदैव आनंद में डूबे रहते थे, लेकिन जिस प्रकार कुम्हार का चाक कुम्हार के स्पर्श के बिना ही घूमता रहता है, उसी प्रकार भगवान के शारीरिक कार्यकलाप, जैसे स्नान करना, भगवान जगन्नाथ के दर्शन के लिए मंदिर जाना, तथा दोपहर का भोजन करना, स्वतः ही चलते रहते थे।
In fact, Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu was always immersed in emotional ecstasy, but just as a potter's wheel keeps moving without being touched, similarly Mahaprabhu's physical activities like bathing, visiting the Jagannath temple for darshan and eating food kept happening automatically.
