किमनूद्य विकल्पयेत्
इत्यस्या हृदयं लोके
नान्यो मद्वेद कश्चन ॥147॥
मां विधत्तेऽभिधत्ते मां
विकल्प्यापोह्यते ह्यहम्
एतावान्सर्व - वेदार्थः
शब्द आस्थाय मां भिदाम्
माया - मात्रमनूद्यान्ते

| “[भगवान कृष्ण ने कहा:] 'सभी वैदिक साहित्य का उद्देश्य क्या है? वे किस पर केंद्रित हैं? सभी अटकलों का विषय कौन है? मेरे अलावा कोई भी इन बातों को नहीं जानता। अब तुम्हें यह जान लेना चाहिए कि ये सभी कार्य मुझे नियुक्त करने और स्थापित करने के उद्देश्य से हैं। वैदिक साहित्य का उद्देश्य विभिन्न अटकलों द्वारा मुझे जानना है, चाहे अप्रत्यक्ष समझ से या शब्दकोश समझ से। हर कोई मेरे बारे में अटकलें लगा रहा है। सभी वैदिक साहित्य का सार मुझे माया से अलग करना है। मायावी ऊर्जा पर विचार करके, व्यक्ति मुझे समझने के स्तर पर पहुँचता है। इस प्रकार व्यक्ति वेदों के बारे में अटकलों से मुक्त हो जाता है और निष्कर्ष के रूप में मेरे पास आता है। इस प्रकार व्यक्ति संतुष्ट होता है।' |

Now you should know that all these works are meant to describe me and to attain me. The purpose of the Vedic literature is to know me through various mental contemplations, whether by indirect knowledge or by literal interpretation. Everyone reasons about me. Distinguishing between me and maya is the essence of all Vedic texts. By contemplating maya, man understands me. In this way, he is freed from reasoning about the Vedas and comes to me as the final conclusion and then is satisfied.’ |
