राजा द्वारा सुनाए गए श्लोक को सुनकर श्री चैतन्य महाप्रभु ने कहा, "आपने मुझे अमूल्य रत्न दिए हैं, परंतु मेरे पास आपको बदले में देने के लिए कुछ भी नहीं है। इसलिए मैं आपको गले लगा रहा हूँ।"
Hearing the king's recitation of the verse, Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu said, "You have given me priceless jewels, but I have nothing to give you in return. That is why I am simply embracing you."
