"भगवान के ये सभी अवतार या तो पुरुष-अवतारों के पूर्ण अंश हैं या उनके पूर्ण अंशों के अंश हैं। किन्तु कृष्ण स्वयं भगवान हैं। प्रत्येक युग में, जब इंद्र के शत्रुओं द्वारा संसार त्रस्त होता है, तब वे अपने विभिन्न रूपों द्वारा जगत की रक्षा करते हैं।"
"All these incarnations of the Lord are either complete parts or partial parts of the Purusha avatars. But Krishna is the Supreme Personality of Godhead Himself. When the world is troubled by the enemies of Indra, He protects the world in His various forms in each age."
