अपनी किताब के बहुत ज़्यादा बड़ा हो जाने के डर से उन्होंने कुछ जगहों पर विस्तृत विवरण नहीं दिया। मैं जहाँ तक हो सके, उन जगहों को भरने की कोशिश करूँगा।
