ন যত্র বৈকুণ্ঠ-কথা-সুধাপগা
ন সাধবো ভাগবতাস্ তদাশ্রযাঃ
ন যত্র যজ্ঞেশ-মখা মহোত্সবাঃ
সুরেশ-লোকো ঽপি ন বৈ স সেব্যতাম্ |
न यत्र वैकुण्ठ-कथा-सुधापगा
न साधवो भागवतास् तदाश्रयाः
न यत्र यज्ञेश-मखा महोत्सवाः
सुरेश-लोको ऽपि न वै स सेव्यताम् |

| "एक बुद्धिमान व्यक्ति उस स्थान में रुचि नहीं लेता है, यहां तक कि सबसे ऊपरी ग्रह मंडल में भी, यदि वहां परम भगवान के कार्यकलापों से संबंधित विषयों की निर्मल गंगा नहीं बहती है, यदि ऐसी धर्मपरायण नदी के तट पर सेवा में लगे हुए भक्त नहीं हैं, या यदि भगवान को संतुष्ट करने के लिए संकीर्तन-यज्ञ के कोई उत्सव नहीं होते हैं [विशेषकर क्योंकि इस युग में संकीर्तन-यज्ञ की अनुशंसा की जाती है]।" |
