दूसरे प्रकार की विद्या, अर्थात् उचित आचरण का ज्ञान, इस प्रकार दर्शाया गया है: "मधुदेव कृष्ण चोरों के लिए मृत्यु हैं; धर्मपरायण लोगों के लिए वसन्त ऋतु की बयार हैं; युवतियों के लिए कामदेव हैं; दरिद्रों के लिए कल्पवृक्ष हैं; अपने मित्रों के लिए शीतलतादायक चन्द्रमा हैं; शत्रुओं के लिए रुद्र रूपी अग्नि हैं। वे सभी लोगों के प्रति अपने विवेकपूर्ण आचरण से मथुरा और द्वारका की रक्षा करते हैं।"
The second type of knowledge, that is, knowledge of proper conduct, is depicted as follows: "Madhudev Krishna is death to thieves; the spring breeze to the pious; Cupid to young women; the wish-fulfilling tree of desires to the poor; the cooling moon to his friends; and the fire in the form of Rudra to his enemies. He protects Mathura and Dwaraka by his prudent conduct towards all people."
