श्रीमद्भागवत के चतुर्थ स्कन्ध [4.29.40] से लीलाओं का श्रवण करते हुए: "उस सभा में, भगवान की लीलाओं के अमृत की उत्तम धाराएँ, ऋषि-मुनियों के मुख से निकलकर, सर्वत्र प्रवाहित होती हैं। हे राजन, जो लोग उत्सुक कानों से, निरंतर प्यास से उस अमृत का पान करते हैं, वे भूख-प्यास जैसी जीवन की आवश्यकताओं को भूल जाते हैं और सभी प्रकार के भय, शोक और मोह से मुक्त हो जाते हैं।"
Listening to the pastimes from the fourth canto of the Srimad Bhagavatam [4.29.40]: "In that assembly, the exquisite streams of the nectar of the Lord's pastimes, emanating from the mouths of the sages and saints, flow everywhere. O King, those who drink that nectar with eager ears, constantly thirsting, forget the necessities of life like hunger and thirst and become free from all kinds of fear, sorrow and attachment."
