बृहत ऋषि के उपदेश के अनुसार विष्वसेन ने योग पद्धति का विस्तृत वर्णन संकलित किया। विष्वक्सेन से उदक्सेन उत्पन्न हुए और उदक्सेन से भल्लाट उत्पन्न हुए। ये सभी पुत्र बृहदिषु के वंशज थे।
As per the advice of sage Jaigishavya, Vishvaksena compiled a detailed description of the Yoga system. From Vishvaxen was born Udaksen and from Udaksen was born Bhallat. All these sons were descendants of Brihadishu.
