त्वं शब्दयोनिर्जगदादिरात्मा
प्राणेन्द्रियद्रव्यगुण: स्वभाव: ।
काल: क्रतु: सत्यमृतं च धर्म-
स्त्वय्यक्षरं यत् त्रिवृदामनन्ति ॥ २५ ॥
अनुवाद
हे प्रभु, आप वेदों के मूल स्रोत हैं। आप भौतिक सृष्टि के मूल कारण हैं, प्राण, इंद्रियाँ, पांच तत्व, तीनों गुण और महातत्त्व आपके द्वारा ही हैं। आप नित्य काल हैं, संकल्प हैं और सत्य और ऋत नामक दो धार्मिक प्रणालियाँ भी आप ही हैं। आप तीन अक्षरों—अ, ऊ और म से बने ॐ शब्द के आश्रय हैं।
O Swami! You are the original source of Vedic knowledge. You are the root cause of the material creation, life, senses, five elements, three gunas and the mahat element. You are eternal time, resolution and the two religious systems called truth and rta. You are the shelter of the word Om consisting of three letters- a, u and m.
