इस प्रकार भगवान ने राजा सत्यव्रत को वह आध्यात्मिक विज्ञान बतलाया जिसे सांख्ययोग कहा जाता है, जिसके द्वारा पदार्थ और आत्मा के अंतर को समझा जा सकता है (दूसरे शब्दों में, भक्तियोग), साथ ही पुराणों (प्राचीन इतिहास) और संहिताओं में पाये जाने वाले उपदेश भी बताये। भगवान ने इन सभी ग्रंथों में अपनी व्याख्या की है।
In this way, Bhagwan told King Satyavrata the spiritual science which is called Sankhya Yoga, through which the difference between matter and soul (i.e. Bhakti Yoga) is known. Along with this, Bhagwan also told the teachings found in the Puranas (ancient history) and Samhitas. Bhagwan has given his explanation in all these texts.
