छन्दांस्यधीयीत गुरोराहूतश्चेत् सुयन्त्रित: ।
उपक्रमेऽवसाने च चरणौ शिरसा नमेत् ॥ ३ ॥
अनुवाद
गुरु के निर्देश पर विद्यार्थी को नियमित रूप से वैदिक मंत्रों का अध्ययन करना चाहिए और प्रतिदिन अध्ययन आरम्भ करने से पहले और अध्ययन पूरा करने के बाद गुरु को विनम्रतापूर्वक नमस्कार करना चाहिए।
When instructed by the Guru, the student should study the Vedic mantras from him regularly. The disciple should bow respectfully to his Guru every day before starting his studies and at the end of the studies.
