तदुपस्पर्शनादेव विनिर्धूतमलाशया: ।
धर्मे पारमहंस्ये च प्रोत्पन्नमतयोऽप्युत ॥ ४ ॥
तेपिरे तप एवोग्रं पित्रादेशेन यन्त्रिता: ।
प्रजाविवृद्धये यत्तान् देवर्षिस्तान् ददर्श ह ॥ ५ ॥
अनुवाद
उस तीर्थस्थान में हरियाश्वगण नियमित रूप से झील के पानी को स्पर्श करने और उसमें स्नान करने लगे। धीरे-धीरे बहुत अधिक शुद्ध हो जाने के बाद, वे परमहंसों के कार्यों की ओर उन्मुख हो गए। फिर भी, उनके पिता ने उन्हें जनसंख्या बढ़ाने का आदेश दिया था इसलिए, पिता की इच्छा पूरी करने के लिए उन्होंने कठोर तपस्या की। एक दिन, जब महर्षि नारद ने इन लड़कों को जनसंख्या बढ़ाने के लिए ऐसी उत्तम तपस्या करते देखा तो नारद उनके पास आए।
At that pilgrimage place, the Haryashvagans started touching the river water and bathing in it regularly. Gradually, after becoming extremely pure, they became inclined towards the work of Paramhansas. Still, since their father had ordered them to increase the population, they performed severe penance to fulfill their father's wish. One day when Maharishi Narada saw these children performing such great penance to increase the population, he came near them.
