तेषां स्वविभूतीनां लोकपालानां च विविधवीर्योपबृंहणाय भगवान् परममहापुरुषो महाविभूतिपतिरन्तर्याम्यात्मनो विशुद्धसत्त्वं धर्मज्ञानवैराग्यैश्वर्याद्यष्टमहासिद्ध्युपलक्षणं विष्वक्सेनादिभि: स्वपार्षदप्रवरै: परिवारितो निजवरायुधोपशोभितैर्निजभुजदण्डै: सन्धारय-माणस्तस्मिन् गिरिवरे समन्तात्सकललोकस्वस्तय आस्ते ॥ ४० ॥
अनुवाद
पूर्ण पुरुषोत्तम भगवान समस्त दिव्य ऐश्वर्यों और चिदाकाश के स्वामी हैं। वे परम पुरुष हैं, यानी भगवान हैं। वे सभी जीवों की परमात्मा हैं। स्वर्ग के राजा इन्द्र सहित देवगण इस भौतिक संसार के कार्यों का निरीक्षण करते हैं। सभी विभिन्न लोकों में रहने वाले जीवों के लाभ के लिए और उन हाथियों और देवताओं की शक्ति बढ़ाने के लिए प्रभु उस पर्वत की चोटी पर प्रकट होते हैं। वह आध्यात्मिक शरीर है, जो भौतिक प्रकृति के गुणों से अछूता है। विस्वासेन जैसे अपने निजी विस्तारों और सहायकों से घिरे हुए वे अपने सभी परिपूर्ण ऐश्वर्य प्रदर्शित करते हैं जैसे धर्म और ज्ञान, और अपनी रहस्यमयी शक्तियाँ जैसे अणिमा, लघिमा और महिमा। वह सुंदर रूप से स्थित हैं और अपने चार हाथों में विभिन्न हथियारों से सुशोभित हैं।
The Supreme Personality of Godhead is the possessor of all transcendental opulences and the chidakasha. He is the Supreme Person, that is, the Supreme Personality of Godhead, the Supersoul of every being. The demigods under the King of heaven Indra supervise the affairs of this material universe. For the benefit of the beings of the various planets and to increase the power of those elephants and demigods, the Lord Himself appears on the top of that mountain in a transcendental body untainted by the modes of nature. Surrounded by His personal light and by His attendants like Visvaksena, He displays His full opulences (such as knowledge and dharma) and His powers (such as anima, laghima and mahima). He is adorned with a crown and holds various weapons in His four arms.
