चौथे महीने में ध्रुव महाराज ने प्राणायाम में महारथ हासिल कर ली और इस तरह हर बारहवें दिन ही साँस ली। इस तरह वो अपने स्थान पर पूर्ण रूप से स्थिर हो गए और उन्होंने भगवान की पूजा की।
In the fourth month Dhruva Maharaja became proficient in pranayama and thus inhaled air every twelfth day. Thus, being absolutely still in his place, he worshipped the Lord.
