King Prithu will be able to see the internal and external activities of each of his citizens. Yet no one will be able to know about his intelligence system and he will always remain indifferent to matters related to his praise or criticism. He will be like the air within the body, that is, the life force, which appears externally and internally, but is always indifferent to all activities.
