तमूचुर्विस्मितास्तत्र यजमानमथर्त्विज: ।
हवींषि हूयमानानि न ते गृह्णन्ति देवता: ॥ २६ ॥
अनुवाद
तब यज्ञ में लगे पुरोहितोंने राजा अंग से कहा: हे राजा, हम यज्ञ में विधिवत शुद्ध घी की आहुति दे रहे हैं, लेकिन हमारे सारे प्रयत्नों के बावजूद देवता उसे स्वीकार नहीं कर रहे।
Then the priests engaged in the yajna informed King Anga: O King, we are offering pure ghee in the yajna as per the rituals, but in spite of all our efforts the gods are not accepting it.
