When the discus started spinning in the hands of the Lord and He started playing with the chief of His Vaikuntha-dwelling courtiers, who had appeared in the form of Hiranyaksha, the lowly son of Diti, the demigods watching from their respective planes started uttering strange sounds from every direction. They did not know the reality of the Lord, so they started proclaiming, “Victory to You, kindly kill him, do not play with him any more.”
