तं च षोडशभिर्विद्ध्वा बाणै: सौभं च खे भ्रमत् ।
अविध्यच्छरसन्दोहै: खं सूर्य इव रश्मिभि: ॥ १४ ॥
अनुवाद
तब भगवान कृष्ण ने शाल्व को सोलह बाणों से बींध दिया और आकाश में इधर-उधर घूमते हुए सौभ विमान पर बाणों की वर्षा से प्रहार किया। बाणों की वर्षा करते हुए प्रभु सूर्य के समान दिख रहे थे, जो अपनी किरणों से आकाश को भर रहा है।
Lord Krishna then pierced Śālva with sixteen arrows and showered arrows on the Saubha vimāna which was moving here and there in the sky. While showering arrows, the Lord looked like the sun which floods the sky with its rays.
