One who has developed attachment to Krsna is Krsna Conscious.
If we love somebody and think always about him, material is called lover conscious. If it is materially possible to always think about somebody, then why not spiritually? We have to remember Krsna always.
Then Prabhupada explains about "Fools Society" and how should a society could be managed? By managing four divisions of classes, training people according to their interest or intelligence. If a person is interested in spiritual science, why to push him in defense (army)? Prabhupada giving the example of body. In body there is a head. Similarly, the head of society is brahmana, Krsna Conscious devotee because head is the one who controls every movement of body. If there is no Krsna Conscious people in the society, without head the person is called dead, so it is called dead society or rascal society.
This is the necessity of society, there should be class of men should be Krsna Conscious.
One who developed attraction to Krsna, attachment will be developed.
He is not foreign to anyone. Fools think that Krsna is a Hindu God. That is complete foolishness. Krsna says, "I am the father of all species and different forms, not only human beings but animals, plants, beasts..." So, how can He be a foreign God? Unless there is full Krsna Consciousness, there cannot be any improvement in world condition.
The process of chanting is to evoke our remembrance of Krsna to revive our original consciousness that we have forgotten—Krsna Consciousness or God Consciousness.
Krsna is from whom everything is emanating. For example, gold mines from which we are making gold jewellery, necklaces, earrings... but it is all gold because it comes from the gold mines. Similarly, we are part and parcel of Krsna; we are non-different from Him.
Now, personal and impersonal features of God.
Personal Feature: He is present in His spiritual abode.
Impersonal Feature: He is present everywhere.
For example, the sun is at its position and sunshine is coming from the sun. So, sunshine is everywhere. Similarly, the sun is example of personal feature of Krsna and sunshine impersonal feature. Just because sunshine is everywhere doesn't mean the sun doesn't exist. It is just Mayavadi philosophy that if Krsna is everywhere, how can He be present in spiritual abode.
One must know and learn how to connect with Krsna. It is simple because He is everywhere. Simply find out how Krsna Conscious you can be first by developing attachment for Krsna.
Without controlling senses one cannot perform standard yoga concentrating on Visnu. That is yoga, but control your senses. Senses are like serpent. If you let them free, it is obvious they will bite anyone.
Fools think that "I am this body" but the body is changing every second. So how can it be possible that I am body? It is animal propensity, misusing this human form instead of perfecting life. A pure soul forgetting his spiritual position and identity thinking "I am this body" like a person suffering from a disease.
We should not waste this human form. Start practicing Krsna Consciousness and get out of material bondage.
The yogi wants to find out Krsna. Where is Krsna? Within the heart. But Krsna says, "I am not in spiritual abode nor I am in the heart of yogi."
Yogi: Then where is He?
Krsna says, "I stay where My pure devotees are chanting My glories." That is Vrndavan.
Similarly, when there is electric light then there is electricity. So, when there is Krsna Consciousness then there is Vrndavan.
Conclusion
Krsna Consciousness is the greatest necessity of a society. Simply chant Hare Krsna Mahamantra without offense, as Krsna is within our heart. Everything will be revealed. Perform Krsna Consciousness, preach and learn it.
