V-Speed ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in our mobile application ("the App").

We respect your privacy. The V-Speed App:

• Does not require you to create an account or log in.
• Does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identification.
• Does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise GPS location.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide progress saving and offline gameplay, the App stores certain data locally on your device:

• Game Progress: Your high scores, total tokens collected, and unlocked Leela cards are saved on your device's local storage (via shared preferences) so you can keep your progress.
• Settings: Your preferences, such as sound settings and mute status, are stored locally.
• Cache: Visual resources and assets are cached locally for fast loading.

This data remains strictly on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

3. Internet Connectivity

The App does not requires internet connectivity to load video content and stream audio. We do not track, collect, or store any personal metadata during these network requests.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses standard Flutter packages and the Flame Engine to render games. We do not share any data with third-party advertising, analytic networks, or tracking tools.

5. Children’s Privacy

V-Speed is a family-oriented, kid-friendly game collection. Our App does not collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal information at all, the App is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and safe for users of all ages.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
