We respect your privacy. The Back to Godhead Magazine App:

• Does not require you to create a personal user account or provide personal identification.
• Does not collect your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or contacts.
• Does not access your device's camera, microphone, or gallery.

2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

To provide offline reading capabilities and manage your experience, the App stores certain data locally on your device:

• Downloaded PDFs: PDF issues of the magazine that you choose to download are saved locally in the App's secure internal storage directory.
• Cache: The App caches magazine catalog lists and year categories locally so you can browse the archive offline.
• Bookmarked Favorites: A list of issues you bookmark is saved locally on your device for quick access.
• Limit Counter: To manage server bandwidth, the App keeps track of your daily download limit (maximum 10 downloads per day) locally using device preferences.

This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or shared with any third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

To deliver content and secure the database, the App integrates the following Google and Firebase services:

• Firebase (Anonymous): The App silently creates a secure, anonymous session on first launch. This requires no personal identifiers and is used solely to authenticate your request to access the archive.
• Google AdMob: The App displays advertisements to offset file server hosting costs. AdMob may collect device advertising IDs and location data to serve and personalize ads. You can read more in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Internet Connectivity and File Hosting

The App requires an internet connection to fetch the latest year categories, retrieve magazine issue metadata, and download PDF files from our static hosting domain, vedamrit.in. No user data is sent to the file host during download requests.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. Since we do not collect any personal information at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
